Boudoir is about showing a side of yourself that people rarely see. Sometimes, it’s a side that even clients themselves didn’t really know was there!
Yes boudoir entails wearing less clothing however it also entails showing how beautiful you are already and bring out a side that either rarely or never gets out at the same time staying classy. It is important to feel your best and the right time of day can help you with that.
Many women can get a bit intimidated when booking a boudoir session because they feel they are stepping into the unknown.
What they don’t know is that it is exhilarating as you get to embrace everything you have, your confidence, sexuality etc. leaving smiling once you are done with your experience.
Not only will you love the supermodel experience, you’ll enjoy looking at these photos for years to come.
Here are some tips to help you plan the best time of day for your session so you take the edge off:
1) Afternoon. Take the day off of work and plan your session in the afternoon as you will have the morning to rest and enjoy your tea and coffee in your favorite pjs or robe. The morning will give you the chance to relax and eliminate the bags underneath your eyes.
2) Hair and Makeup. By planning your session in the afternoon you get to have the late morning to get your hair and make-up done so you look your best for your session.
3) Food. After your hair and makeup, plan for a light lunch so you have energy for your boudoir session. After your session is done go out to dinner to celebrate as you will look and feel your best.
