Every day you look in the mirror and one of the following crosses your mind.

Why are we so hard on ourselves? Other people see things in us that we have a hard time seeing for ourself.
I have a curvy body and struggled in accepting myself for years. I always felt that I had a big nose and was told I look like Barbara Streisand. Big ears and was teased about it. My bum
was not in proportion to my breast so after seeing a client with breast implants I decided to have mine done which I have to admit it really help my self-esteem and confidence.
After photographing many woman, I realized there is no perfection and all woman at some point or another will struggle with insecurities.
Boudoir made me realized that beauty is not define by age, height or weight, so today, I see myself for who I am and my true beauty. I want you to repeat after me, ”I’m perfectly imperfect the way I am.” In the meantime check out Julie’s touching story on body image.

It’s time to take action for the things you want in life and start filling your mind with positive thoughts. It’s time to be kinder to yourself and stop analyzing or try to fix everything that is not right.
